I carry their teachings with humility, reverence, and the intention to continue this work in a way that honors the culture, the people, and the land of Hawai‘i.

Certification & Training

I am certified in Heartworks Lomi Lomi (Level 1) through Mette’s Institute (via Temple Body Works, Toronto), where I trained in Huna Philosophy and the Polynesian Healing System.

As well I have completed training in womb massage, a sacred, womb-centered healing modality that continues to deepen my understanding of body-based wisdom and sacred feminine care. I am continuing to expand my studies in this work through ongoing training, weaving its teachings into my broader journey as a healing practitioner.
